How do I get started? How does the process work?
A) We come to your business or residence to evaluate your item & take digital photos.
B) We research the value of your item on eBay and determine the estimated selling price, auction fees, and shipping & handling
fees. This report will is delivered to you for review.
C) If after reviewing our auction report, you choose to enlist our auction services and provide us with a signed
auction agreement.
D) We then write the text for the auction, along with an attractive, detailed listing for your item and submit
it to eBay
E) UltraSell tracks the auction, answers questions from prospective buyers
F) Once your item sells UltraSell processes the buyer’s payment. We then packages the item, and ship it to
the winner when the auction closes.
G) You are paid for your auctioned item. |

What are your fees?
Our basic fee structure is as follows,
25% - All auctions that end under $100.00
20% - All auctions that end between $100.01 and $999.99
15% - All auctions that end between $1,000.00 and $9,999.00
10% - All auctions that end between $10,000.00 and $99,999.00
4% - All auctions that end $100,000.00 and up
Many other auction service companies charge listing fees, payment processing fees, final value percentage fees,
etc. UltraSell does not have any other hidden charges or charge you for the eBay fees.
Shipping, packaging and insurance fees are paid by the buyer and are determined, usually, before the auction is
listed.
* There are other small fees that may be incurred, for extra eBay services, which are explained in more detail
in our contract. After all fees are deducted, the amount
you receive is still normally far greater than you would have received if you were to sell the item yourself…and
with none of the hassle. |

Can I Raise Money for Charity with my auction proceeds?
Yes, UltraSell Auction Services can configure your item's auction to fall undr the eBay "Giving Works" program.
The eBay Giving Works is the dedicated program for charity listings on eBay. Since 2000, the eBay Community has
raised more than $45 million for a number of worthy causes.
Using this program you can choose to dedicate all or a portion of your listing to the charity of your choice.

How & when do I get paid for my item?
UltraSell maintains a strict policy of shipping items to the winning bidder within 48 hours of the auction’s
close, unless otherwise detailed in the auction terms. We will not ship any items until the buyers payment is completed
and securely verified. For this reason we are able to pay you in most cases at the time we pickup your item for
shipping..

UltraSell will only agree to auction items that it is sure will sell and it feels comfortable with listing on eBay.

Can I retain my item while it is auctioned?
You will choose whether you would like to keep the item in your possession during the auction and be responsible
for shipping it or whether you would like us to retain the item until the end of the auction and pack and ship
it for you. Larger items such as vehicles, and furniture will be retained by you until the close of the auction
and arrangements will be made for us to pickup and ship your item to the winning bidder. Items's such as jewelry
must be reappraised before we take possession of the item to ship it to the winning bidder to insure the item being
shipped is what the buyer paid for. |

How is the shipping of large items handled?
Large items are shipped via truck freight services. The shipping and handling is paid for by the winning bidder. |

How is financing made available to the winner of my auctioned items?
In addition to paying for your eBay items with credit or debit cards or from the buyers checking account, through
and agreement with PayPal, UltraSell offers the winning bidder the ability to apply for Buyer Credit - a credit
line he can use to fund his purchase (subject to credit approval).
VEHICLES: UltraSell can setup your vehicle auction with easy & secure financing to the winning
bidder. This is done through an agreement with eBay’s Financing Center which provides convenient and high
quality services for the financing of vehicles purchased on eBay Motors. Through the eBay Financing Center , the
winning bidder will have access to top national lenders who can provide financing for the car you buy.
